2024 Is atandt fiber in my neighborhood

My neighborhood was built in the 1970s with underground power, ATT phone lines, and Comcast cable lines... everything is underground. Every neighborhood nearby in any direction from mine has above ground utilities and got ATT fiber ~4 years ago. I have never heard any news about our neighborhood eventually getting fiber.. Oanda

With me they buried the lines in front of my house on Jan 25th and I wasn't able to get fiber until May 18th. I have also heard stories of people having it buried and getting service a month or so later. I can just get 50mbs and my neighbors, two houses down, have gigabit. This would just get the fiber to the front of our house. I would have to pay the additional $5k to run a pipe + other work to get fiber from the street into the house.

Saw an AT&T truck in my neighborhood 2 days ago and spoke with the guy running the truck, he told me that AT&T gigapower will be available in my neighbohood anywhere from 4 - 6 months.
